Board of directors of Arsago Mining Capital and Director of Mining Ventures Brazil, a mineral exploration platform. From 2002 to date he built up Arsago Group, a multistrategy group, based in Zurich with a focus on macro investment strategies and since 2008 special focus on real asset investments in Brazil. Daniel Bittner has private investment experience in Brazil since 1997. At arsago he served as an investment adviser since the launch of the macro strategies and headed the investment group since 2003. Prior to founding Arsago he headed the European frequent issuer origination, trading and underwriting activities of Goldman Sachs in London and helped to make the firm a dominant debt underwriter in Europe. At Morgan Stanley London and JP Morgan Frankfurt & Paris he held various positions as Head of Eurobond trading, syndicate and origination. He has joined JP Morgan Government bond trading group in 1992. Daniel Bittner graduated in 1992 from University of St.Gallen, Switzerland and holds a Master in Finance.

Previously held senior executive positions at ABB Group in private equity and project finance in relation to the development, construction and operation of infrastructure projects. Co-founded, and managed successful investment and exit strategies in infrastructure and natural resources companies in Brazil, including: Termobahia (power generation, development & project finance); Euroventures (renewable power & natural resources, development & equity fund raising); Bamin (natural resources, management & development); and Mining Ventures Brasil Group (natural resources, founder, development & equity fund raising). Nine years of experience in natural resources, notably within exploration, development, capital raising and strategic mineral investment strategies. Currently President & CEO of Mining Ventures Brasil Group; Board of Directors, Arsago Capital Partners Switzerland; Board of Directors, Arsago Mining Capital. Andreas holds an MBA degree from ESCP-EAP Paris and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zurich.

  Dr. Philipp Cottier (*1967) lives in Shanghai and is an active investor in financial services, real estate and natural resources businesses in emerging markets. He sits on the board of directors of several companies, including until recently Bank Vontobel in Switzerland. Dr. Cottier is also a committed philanthropist, as well as a microfinance and so8cial impact investor. From 1998 to 2008 he built up Harcourt, a funds of hedge funds and commodity funds firm in Zurich, together with partners and sold it to Bank Vontobel – the company had assets under management in excess of USD 5.5 bn, a staff of 90 people and 7 offices across the globe. Prior to joining Harcourt, Dr. Cottier was serving as an investment adviser on the investment committees of Swiss Bank Corp's funds of hedge funds in Hong Kong and New York, and as a hedge fund analyst for SBC Private Banking in Basel. He has diverse international experience, including having worked for the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney, and other firms in Tokyo, Buenos Aires and Vancouver. Dr. Cottier graduated in 1992 from the University of St. Gallen and holds a Masters in Finance & Accounting, a Masters in Political Science and a PhD in Finance. His doctoral thesis 'Hedge Funds and Managed Futures', published at Paul Haupt Verlag, was a best seller in the 1990s. He is a passionate mountaineer and sailor and just completed the first traverse of the North West Passage on a sailing catamaran.

  John is an accomplished financial professional with over 18 years' experience in financial management, corporate M&A, internal control and fund management. He has a profound understanding of the mining and private equity industries with global experience and particular focus on Asia. John started his mining investment network business in Canada in 2012, helping Chinese investors to identify and invest into junior mining companies. Previously, John worked as head of Asia Pacific in the internal control and M&A departments for Imerys S.A., a diversified French mining company with global presence. From 2007 to 2009, John worked in the private equity fund sector for CIC (China Investment Corp), the Chinese sovereign wealth fund, and also held positions at Credit Suisse and PKF, a global consulting company. Prior to these engagements, John spent more than seven years with Neo Materials Technologies, later acquired by Molycorp, a US publicly listed company focused on rare earth mining and production. He held consecutive positions in the areas of financial management, internal control and corporate finance, before being appointed Financial Director, Asia Operations. John started his career as an auditor at Ernst and Young in 1996. He graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with a bachelor degree in Economics.
